International Relations of INRIA

Cooperations by geographical areas

Latin America

Since its creation 30 years ago, INRIA established a close relation with different Latin American countries. In the early '70s Professor J.L. Lions lectured in Argentina. Subsequently several regional seminars were organized and pre-doctoral students came to France to prepare their thesis. Cooperative researchs resulted from these actions and are still on-going.
